John McCallister says keep all unionist candidates in contention and make sure they are not eliminated - that way we get two elected
Don't waste your vote by boosting the DUP's ego trip
"What do the DUP do when they get office" asks McCallister - they do nothing or else they do what Sinn Fein tells them"
Cast your vote against double jobbing - vote Ulster Unionist
John McCallister has said that it is unimportant who tops the poll in the Euro election next Thursday and that the only thing that matters is getting two unionists elected.
"The only important thing for unionists is to get two unionist candidates elected. It is more important that all unionist candidates should stay in the race for as long as possible when the votes are counted. To get two unionists elected , it is more important to keep all unionist candidates in contention and safe from being eliminated than it is to waste votes on the DUP and boosting the DUP's ego by making them the largest party."
"That means people should vote first preference for the unionist candidate of their choice. It does not mean being conned or scared into voting DUP. When they have voted first preference for the unionist candidate of their choice, they should make sure they give their second preference to another unionist candidate."
"It would be quite wrong of voters to be scared into voting for the DUP because they say they have to top the poll. This election has nothing to do with out-voting Sinn Fein, it is to do with getting two unionists elected. This make the DUP the biggest party is just a scare tactic which has been used by the DUP in election after election. It has to do with the DUP tricking people into voting for them. What is the point of putting the DUP into office ? When they get there they do nothing with it - unless it is Sinn Fein's bidding, of course."
"It will be perfectly plain to everyone at the end of the election how many voters voted for pro-union candidates. It will simply be a matter of totting up all their votes. The DUP are more concerned about being the biggest party than getting two unionists elected. That should tell people what most people already know - the DUP are only after their own advantage, just as their MP's double and treble jobbed, including their candidate's husband, the Finance Minister. "
